This program uses two nested for loops to fill the screen with the smiling face.
The outer loop iterates through 25 rows and inner loop iterates through 80 columns. In each iteration, the program prints the smiling face, and after each row, it prints a newline character to move to the next row.
Note that this program will only work correctly if the system’s console font and the terminal emulator support the Unicode characters.
If the font doesn’t support this character, it will show up as a rectangle or question mark on the screen. Also some systems may have different numbers of rows and columns.
